We have eaten here several times. Food is excellent, as the atmosphere and the service. The only downside is that is clumsy going here with little children.

Just 2 words... Excellent Tapas. Many tiny creative and intuitive dishes to choose from and they ALL taste good. The ambiance is really cozy and intimate and makes the experience even better. I've been here once before and I have to admit, Now, I have also seen the light. We were in a company of 4 and we had a... More

A most charming restaurant with absolutely amazing and delicious plates and a tasty wine list. If your in Altea you definitely have to stop here and try it. I always bring my friends here and they all love it, some even cried cause their taste buds got so overwhelmed. The staff is wonderful and creates a warm, cozy atmosphere. Simply... More

I love Topas and have my little Bar in Alicante that I go to all the time...but when in Altea, I try to get in here for a meal. The topas are all very good and its priced reasonably. The ambiance is cute but tight. I'd recommend going here over most other restaurants in the area.

The restaurant, located in the old part of Altea is very small, but there is no restaurant in Altea where you will get for the same money the same quality of food such as goose liver, porcini (for those who do not know: a kind of mushroom but with a great parfume and tast)...and all surprisingly cheap. Very limited space.

This is a great little gourmet tapas bar hidden away from the main tourist trail. Great ambience and fantastic food, You must try try tasting tapas menu. I thoroughly recommend the pork cheek, it was excellent. Very friendly staff who will explain all the dishes to you. Great value for money.

We have never eaten here due to the following experience. One evening my wife and I were heading for the square by the church so we stopped at pirata and asked for two drinks .We were informed that they were only serving drinks with food and it was not possible just to drink I found this very strange as we... We arrived in this beautiful seaside town not knowing where to eat. Our hotel recommended we eat here and it was a very special treat. Fabulous fusion tapas, great staff and a very interesting view.

Tasty, and a bit different tapas. You get alot of food for €19. Nice to sit outside, but a bit close to passing (noisy and smelly) traffic. Will definitely go back!

Been here 4 times during the last three years. The tapas is very good, good service and good value for the money. Aprox 20 euros per person. Definetively to recommend. My favorite in Altea.
