Tribus was a great restaurant but sadly is no more. How upto date is this site? Sorry for anyone who wants to visit.

We ate here last October when we were staying at Asia Gardens and chose it because of the (deservedly) great reviews on TripAdvisor. The food is delicious and different without being pretentious. The restaurant itself is also a quiet and romantic little place. I would highly recommend it, and hope to go back the next time we're in the area.... More

Had a birthday meal, party of four. We had read some reviews and thought it may be worth a try in the very competitive restaurant world of Albir and Altea. We all chose the starter menu. This was superbly presented, tasted really good and offered amazing value for money. We had a wonderful evening, our waitress was attentive, and the... More

After reading the reviews on trip advisor, I decided to give this place a try. We went for the 6 course taster menu and for me it was perfect. I like having different flavours and not just one meal. If this appeals to you then you won't be dissapointed. The food was very good and the service was friendly. (Which... More

We have just spent a week in Albir and thought this restaurant by far the best in the area so happily walked the hour each way to dine there each night. We have both worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years and without doubt this is a stunning restaurant; genuine service and stunning quality of ingredients and techniques combined.... More

This restaurant was the best in the three weeks in Spain. The quality of food and presentation was outstanding. The value of the taster menu was exceptional.

We turned up at this restaurant without a reservation on a Sunday night, and were given a table immediately. We choose the six-course set menu at 22 euro a head. First there was house bread with home-made velvety aioli, goats cheese and a cooked cherry tomato. Nice. Then a "lollipop" of tempura chilcken. Quite outstanding, cooked to perfection. Then a... We visited after finding this restaurant on Trip Advisor. Were very impressed, visited twice, had a couple of appetisers each the first visit, great coconut shrimp, then tried the 6 course tasting menu for 22 Euro second visit, great flavours, presentation was immaculate, cheesecake was heavenly, glass of house wine only 2 euro, what more could you want. Can't wait... More

If you want very special deluxe tapas, then you have to go to this restaurant. Little bit apart from the crowd place but near to Altea Church in gasco antiguo. A little more expensive but so delicious and sophisticated. We will go back ASAP.
