It's eleven years since we were last in Kos when we ate here just about everyday, either breakfast or evening meal. Returning this year, we couldn't wait to go back to this cafe/bar that we had loved so much. Dimitra recognised us straight away and once again she and George made us very welcome. Dimitras cooking is every bit as... More

our 4th visit to Kos in 10 years and we make a point of visiting George and Dimitra every time. The welcome is genuine. This year we were with family,. who fell in love with the place. Ice cold mythos and moussaka to die for!. Home -made chips like mother used to make.

Our second holiday to Kos and George and Dimitra are still legends, as friendly as ever, nothing is ever too much trouble. They welcomed us like family and have the best full english, the best chip butties and wonderful cocktails. A lovely atmosphere and we can't wait to go back!

Recommended by our taxi transfer driver, what a find! , limited menu but all home made & fresh cooked, lovely couple, just like visiting friends for a meal. Best homemade chips I've tasted in a long while!

Great food and service! The price is very good for the quality of the food. Drinks are served in chilled glasses and a good variation on alcoholic / non alcoholic drinks. Warmly recomend taking your time going here if you visit kos.

Stopped in at George's Garden while walking down to find somewhere to have a drink, and ended up getting food as well - honestly one of the best pizza's I've had! Made to order and absolutely delicious! Drinks were beautiful (particularly Harry's Special cocktail) and the hosts so friendly - a real homely restaurant! Just wish we'd discovered it sooner!... This restaurant was recommended by fellow travellers. Lovely welcome by the couple and the salad and sandwiches were very fresh. Nothing was too much. Tranquil listening to the canaries. Will be back.
