We were visiting with a great friend and she suggested The Olde Glasgow Mill Restaurant!!! I was definitely not disappointed … It was a culinary delight!!! The restaurant was located in an old mill … the ambiance was a vision and the service was excellent. To begin ... I had fresh oysters … always delish on PEI. For my entree... More

The experience at The Olde Mill was wonderful. The service and the view was great, the meal was exceptional, the salmon special. Desert was very tasty. Our server was very helpful and even made up an Olde Mill speciality coffee. We will certainly return and also recommend it to our friends! Stewart

The Olde Glasgow Mill has been a family favourite for several years during our annual visit to PEI. We were disappointed in finding they no longer offer Sunday Brunch under the new chef. Their menu online for lunch looked interesting however what was actually offered in the restaurant was very limited. On entering we found the bar area messy and... More

We traveled by sleeping car on Via Rail Canada's "Ocean" train from Montreal to Halifax. Our car attendant, Zack, recommended the Olde Glasgow Mill on our visit to Prince Edward Island. Thank you Zack! The salmon was among the best I have ever had. It simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant is a bit out of the way, and... More

We dined at the Olde Glasgow Mill on three occasions, twice for dinner and once for lunch, on our recent visit to Prince Edward Island. On each of our visits the food was well prepared, adventurous, and tasty.... clearly the work of a professional kitchen staff. Stand out dishes included the shrimp and lobster bake (huge portion brimming with big... More

Feeling peckish, my husband and I stopped in for a nibble but after seeing the menu, the view, and wine list...we were there for the evening. The food was wonderful and the service excellent. I was very impressed with my steak and my husband's halibut. I will be returning very soon and plan to sample the dessert menu since I... More

My husband and I enjoyed an incredible meal last night - he had the lobster and shrimp au gratin and I had the fish special which was salmon. The entrees were cooked to perfection - the salmon was not overdone as I think most restaurants tend to do. Maybe the best thing we had was the green salad. The greens... More

Had the pleasure of eating here recently with a group of friends. Our waitress was very friendly and gave us some history on the place when asked. Turns out this restaurant used to be a military training facility, a school house and a feed mill. We ordered many appetizers and entrees. The oysters with bacon jam and amazing! I could... More

Our extended family had the pleasure of dining out at The Olde Glasgow Mill Restaurant and we all thoroughly enjoyed the various entrees, halibut, the lobster and shrimp au gratin, ribs etc and the desserts were absolutely scrumptious as well. The service as well as the food was excellent and the views from the windows added to the delightful ambiance... More

When Michelin gets around to reviewing restaurants in P.E.I. they should find this one worthy of a star. The baked Malpeque Oysters with bacon jam were exquisite. The bacon jam is made on site. The Lobster & Shrimp au Gratin was very good; however the portions were too large and when one is staying in a hotel one can’t take... More
