We love food, flowers and friends. Our business is located in one of Canada's most scenic villages. We are located on banks of River Clyde which from the dining room is a wonderful site to behold. Our kitchens produce wonderful specialty foods for market and our restaurant serves a popular breakfast, lunch and dinner. All our deserts including ice-cream are made on the premises as well. If you like good food, nice gardens and great people be sure to stop into The Prince Edward Island Preserve Co.

Driving By and Stopped

Stopped by as we were leaving the New Glasgow Lobster Super Restaurant. Very interesting and would recommed that a person make a stop here.

Amazing deserts and apps. We had a few of the lunch mains over 3 visits and I would recommend the sandwiches and fish cakes. The crepe was not great at all. The whole dish had an out of the bag taste and feel. Great service as well!

We stopped here twice in one day and we were not disappointed. We had an amazing breakfast that was very well priced. We also stopped in the evening for dessert and tea. All the food was great and the tea even better.

Located on the river in New Glasgow an interesting menu features Island specialities and a good variety of seafood. The potato pie is an entree not to be missed! Prices are reasonable(30-40$ range for 2) and the service is good.A half-hour drive from Charletown. This stop also provides an opportunity to stock up on their well known Island preserves.

Sitting here, having just finished dessert, and we are already planning to re-visit on our next trip to PEI. Service was amazingly prompt without being pushy, the Potato Pie and Lobster Pot Pie were more than we could have hoped for, and the dessert... Oh, the dessert! If ever there was a "must stop here" place, this is it!

After a full morning driving and walking around LM Montgomery country, we were ready for a hearty meal, and the Preserve Company provided exactly that. Located about 45 minutes from Charlottetown it represented an nice way to break up the day. After several Maritime meals, we were ready for something non-fried and they offered a delightful lobster pot and seafood... More

The preserves are fabulous and they taste great. We thoroughly enjoyed trying the different flavors. After the tasting, we walked the beautiful grounds. The kids enjoyed the goats. We didn't get into the butterfly house because it was after hours. The highlight was walking through the magical forest and finding the animals by the water. We spent about 30 minutes... More

Rowe enjoyed our visit there. We tried a few teas, ended up buying a few unique flavours. Also tried several preserve and lemon curd. Makes amazing little gifts that can be purchased in adorable boxes. Prices are reasonable. We also had breakfast at the restaurant attached. Loved the blueberry pancakes. The wait for the food was a little long but... More

Always wonderful. The main courses are delicious, but be sure to leave room for dessert - the raspberry cream cheese pie is a must-have!
