We popped here yesterday for a drink after visiting Fota, setting is nice and the waitress explained all the cakes etc (she was very pleasant). We ordered a soft drink, tea for two, sausage roll and two slices of cake. Firstly it took over twenty minutes for us to get our order (seemed long as they only needed to make... More

Went for breakfast with family. Very busy at 11.00 on a Friday. The service was very slow which could be down to needed more staff. Friendly people. The cakes look very good. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Asked for earl grey tea, which I didn't get.

Went here after a long day in Fota where we had decided against the fast food. This place is about 5 minutes back the road towards Cork from Fota. Myself and my wife had very nice food, she had a seafood platter and I had Roast Pork with garden vegetables. Good fresh and tasty ingredients (although I guess some of... More

I visited this restaurant with my mam and a friend of ours one morning for breakfast. Very accessible to Cobh, approx. ten minutes from the town centre, Accessibility into the restaurant was no problem. I am in a wheelchair so that would be of utmost importance to me and my family when choosing somewhere to go out to for lunch/dinner.... More

We eat here regularly en route to Fota wildlife park. The place is always busy which is a good sign. It is child friendly - good childrens menu with chicken gougons a firm favourite. The main courses are excellent. Great choice of deserts. You can get take out of several types of cakes or deserts also. The bathroom facilities are... More

In the course of my work I get to visit Cork quite a lot. Sometimes I get to Cork early just to visit the Bramley for breakfast. They have never failed to satisfied, once I have the breakfast I know that I won't have to eat again until dinner. The staff are very nice and friendly. There is also fresh... More

we stayed in Fota Island where the food is undoubtedly quality but quite expensive. We visited the Bramley Lodge three times, twice for breakfast and once for dinner. I cannot fault it. Friendly staff, lovely surroundings, prompt service and most importantly delicious food. The chickpea curry was justabout the best thing I've eaten in a long time. There is a... More

We were staying in fota island and while the food was fine it was seriously overpriced €22 for a chicken main in bar food, the bramley lodge was only 1 min from our lodge and the food was excellent, far better than 5 star hotels, staff were busy but great, just go in for a look...
