Great steak, friendly management

We ate here out of season so sat inside. Interior is very simple but clean. We both had steaks cooked in caramelised wine, the quality of the beef was excellent. The management were very friendly. The portions are very small, the steak came with a tiny gratin and maybe one finely chopped carrot so... read more

4 people sat down for an evening meal which was absolutely lovely except for the "bull stew" which was very dry. Service was excellent, ambiance was second to none across Le Herault as the sun went down.

I looked on the map and thought "there ought to be a nice restaurant for lunch here beside the river".....and there was !! Lunch on 11th May before catching the plane from Beziers - my wife had Moules and I had the Bull Stew !! Very nice and tasty of not enormous portions. Followed by dessert for my wife and... More

We had a great dinner here, with traditional fish soup, duck breast, sea bass and desserts all tasting delicious and presented beautifully. The restaurant is one of several along the riverside but it had a very reasonable set menu and the staff were friendly. Recommended.

Value for money was good using the fixed price menu, but unfortunately the quality of food has gone down, it used to be excellent 5 years ago on our last visit. Service was good and the atmosphere is good sitting on the floating part of the restaurant on the river.

We chose the restaurant (on a floating pontoon, like a couple of others next to it) after an leisurely stroll past half a dozen menus. At 19:30 h it was still rather empty however a next door restaurant had already all tables reserved for later that night. We sat down and had the menus handed to us, it should have... More

We worked the season here (near Vias) last year and have returned to work again this year. We were recommended this restaurant and were not disappointed. We now recommend it to others. We visited it several times in 2013 and have been back twice so far this year and have never been disappointed. The meals are consistently good, the service... More
