We had an amazing experience at The Tasting Room. The service, ambience and of course, the food far exceeded our expectations. We went for the degustation menu at The Tasting Room with wine pairing and each course was a piece of art. The different tastes fused together seamlessly and made for an amazing dining experience. It was obvious a lot... More

One of the things I most enjoy in a meal is the presentation of each dish and this restaurant excels in presentation! From the bread to the coffee, from the tableware to the dishes themselves, everything was carefully thought. As to the dishes, we had the 4 courses menu, and we were surprised with additional entrées and one sorbet between... More

This is the third or forth time I visited the Tasting Room, it never disappoint me. The environment and atmosphere is nice and relaxing, the taste and presentation of food is great, (I like the bread very much!) the service is great.... Michelin standard restaurant only costs you few hundred HKD for lunch! Value for money! One more thing to... More

Service A- Good service thru out visit. What u shld expect when u pay 5000 macau dollars a meal for 2 isn't it? Environment A- Again.. It's so called michelin star... u expect nothing less. Presentation - C overkill. Chef spent so much time on art work on the food in plates that meats were served cold. I'd rather they... More

The Tasting Room at City of Dreams is a concept for foodies! You have the option of selecting a fixed dinner fo several course accompanied by wine, or selecting a la carte. We had a fixed price 4 course Sunday lunch at the Tasting Room, and were very pleasantly surprised. The restaurant sits on the 3rd floor of the Crown hotel, at the City of Dreams complex, and it boasts high ceilings and large windows looking out towards the Venetian. Valet parking is available at the hotel entry. 3, 4 or 5... More

I wanted a nice restaurant in Macau for our family Christmas dinner. The gal on the phone said sure, they were full for dinner but could seat us for lunch. So I decided to make a reservation. Then she says that she needs a deposit so I said OK let me give you my credit card number. She says no,... More

We were a group of four diners on a gastronomic adventure in Macau. The food and price we believe far surpassed some of the other Michelin star restaurant. To start with the basket of bread was freshly baked and warm. so delicious. We can't stop eating them. All of us ordered the four course menu but with different mains. From... More
