Even though this place comes recommended as a top establishment in Macau, it isn't worth the time and certainly isn't worth the money. Even though they're michelin-rated, the food was bland, uninspired, and outrageously overpriced. I had a dish of portuguese duck rice which didn't taste like anything. it was worth than bland, there was no sense of savoriness or... More

We went for the authentic local Portuguese cuisine and we were overall satisfied, but the place also has a touristy feel and is rather expensive for what it offers. Nicely decorated interior and good customer service nonetheless.

While the food is good and it's always nice to see the theatre of Antonio himself opening a champagne bottle with a sword, it's really overpriced for what it is and a favourite with the tourists. Good to go to experience it once, but definitely don't recommend returning - there are plenty more affordable and better options out there.

if you can find it, you must eat here. our taxi driver wasn't sure of where it was and we were dropped off at another corner of the village. not a lot of people know where it is so it took some searching on Google maps (thank god for Google) before we could get there. the place is quaint -... More

We have been going to Antonio's for many years and always thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. But not this time. Antonio has over extended himself, and believe all the hyped. He has moved into bigger premises and increased prices but unfortunately the quality of the food has suffered. We had what we always order garlic prawns, chorizo, African chicken, duck rice and... Honestly I wanted to give it 4/5 but it truly only deserves 3 out of 5. Basically I had high expectations for this place and I was somewhat disappointed. It's a true Portuguese experience.. From the decor to the musician they have singing some vado. The food on the other hand wasn't that great and extremely over priced.. I take... More

Well, a famous restaurant... ordered clams, rabbit, duck rice, wine... the restaurant had a nice decoration... ok, the food is a little bit disappointing, the clams are ok, but the rabbit is dry and the duck rice is too salty... for the price, maybe should try other places...

My wife and I looked forward to a romantic evening of authentic Portuguese cuisine. Every dish we ordered disappointed. The seafood stew (the most expensive dish) was 60% sliced overcooked potatoes lining the bottom of the wok-like pot it came in; we got the whole crab shell but only half of the body of the crab; 2 ugly gray-looking mussels,...
