Six of us spent New Years eve at Robuchon au Dome and it was everything we hoped for. Nancy took great care of us, always with a smile and great explanations of the dishes. Le Menu Prestige (larger tasting menu) was considerably better than the seasonal tasting winter menu which I was surprised with and there wasn't a wine pairing... More

Another place and Robuchon again: excellent as usual! Mind the quality of the service though and would be nice if creativity was absolutely at its best, it is supposed to be THE Best 3* is Asia... might be a little overrated... Booking is always more difficult than it should be and nobody knows why (?); would be nice if people... More

perhaps too high of an expectation...the ambience and service is not extraordinary and the food was ok.

We had the set 'Winter Menu' and the dishes were wonderful with the exception of the lobster dish which had a slight fishy smell to it (perhaps it wasn't too fresh). The wine selection was great and the restaurant manager, Nicolas was very helpful and pleasant. But I could not say the same about the local sommelier though.

Completely over the top, you get a private elevator to the restaurant. the restaurant is right on top and designed well so that each table is private and intimate. Service is amazing. We had the tasting menu that delivered complicated french cuisine. It is certainly not the best I have had. I found many of the dishes slightly underflavoured and... More

A long due review of this excellent restaurant, the journey up makes this restaurant somewhat hidden. The service is to my expectations as the staff wasnt snobbish PERHAPS this is in Macau, and atop one of the most famous Lisboa Hotel, thus the staff are aware that appearance may not be sufficient to gauge a person's wealth. I wont blabber... More

To be fair, we started off badly with a very poor reservation setup and almost cancelled but elected to still eat lunch here. The restaurant has arguably the most spectacular environment we have ever eaten at - atop the highest building in Macau with unbelievable circumferential views. They didn't make the mistake of trying to crowd too many tables into... More

Have a decent meal at this M stars restaurant during weekdays. Booking was made really advanced. Foods were OK. Place was nice. I don't want to say excellent even though it was noticeable that lots of effort were paid. Just because of the M stars, taste and presentation are expected to be good anyway and the price as well. Waitress... More

The amuse bouche was a roast tomato mousse and salmon. It was excellent. The bread basket was also excellent. With the Yorkshire pudding really standing out. We tried the autumn menu. And mostly it was good, except for the Panfried scallops with gnocchi. We felt the scallops were not very fresh. For the mains, we each took one of the... More

3 of us went along for a long lunch on Saturday. We were quite looking forward to it and we were not disappointed. The view from the Dome is good. We didn't have a window table but could still enjoy the view. As many have mentioned, Nicholas truly is wonderful. He is attentive, on the ball and ensures everyone has... More
