Go for lunch!

Instead of paying outrageous prices for the dinner set menu, go for the lunch menu! The food is just as good and the view is still beautiful.

I tried to book a month in advance before our Macau trip but it was already booked out. Luckily they kindly put us on their waitlist but we were number 4. As our Macau trip drew nearer, we did not think we would get in. However, to my pleasant surprise, they called us 3 days before to say they had... More

Me and wife ordered 2 different set menus, overall it's nice, however one dish (caviar and tuna tar tar) is exactly the same with my visit of Robuchon Taipei last September during Mr. Robuchon's tour. I addition, me and my wife both agree that the cod has room to improve. Wine is great though, the sommelier is friendly and informative,... More

Went there for lunch and it was wonderful! It was quite full on a Monday afternoon and I suggest advance booking :) the bread basket is great, I like the cheese one most! I chose the 3 courses of set lunch and it was wonderful! The white asparagus were great for appetiser and the main I chose scallop with risotto,... More

Been here last summer, we hv ordered 2 set lunch with soup, I remember is about mop750++ per person. When we reach grand Lisbon, we need to take elevator for twice in order to get to the highest floor, once we reach the restaurant, there is a piano right in front of you, then the staff will guide u to... Firstly, the reservation staff was very helpful. I had to change dinner dates a handful of times to fit other appointments, and never encountered any issues. Overall the maître, a tall jovial bespectacled Frenchmen, was superb, as one would expect in a place of this caliber. The staff was also good, although some minor nuances didn't escape my mom's watchful... More

Yes, it's expensive but, then, maybe you should have known that before you booked. So, we have tried the Atelier in Hong Kong and now the Dome in Macau. Both are superb. The chefs signature soft boiled egg in a crispy coating with smoked salmon and caviar is exquisite. The tomato and crab starter was lovely and fresh but the... More

Robuchon au Dome is a 3 star restaurant situated at the very top of the Grand Lisboa hotel and it is definitely worth the special journey deemed by Michelin. This is my second time dining here, the first was 5 years back when they were still located in the old Lisboa hotel and went by the name Robuchon a Galera.... More

No need to mention the food and the excellent view of this 3 Michelin star restaurant. The service is outstanding with Nancy Wang and the language skill of the staff there. The minor detail needed to be checked. As soon as we stepped into the restaurant, there was a horrible smell of cigarette and inside the lift leading us to... More

When we are in Hong Kong we always make a special trip to Macau to dine at Robuchon. Last time we dined at Robuchon a Galleria which was located in the Casino Lisboa. That was a wonderful experience, but this most recent visit was truly flawless. The restaurant in the actual Dome of the Grand Lisboa is spectacular. Purpose-built as... More
