This is a good cafe. But if you are here for the egg tart, just go to the bakery and grab the hot ones just out of the oven. They do heat the egg tarts before serving here at this cafe, but they are not as hot as the ones at bakery. We tried at both place and the hot... More

We only went there for Egg tarts and coffee! Very small cafe and we loved the warm and friendly staff there. Its located just by the seaside and its a good place to chill out!

Place "numero uno" to get an egg tart in Macau. It's not easy to get there for a foreigner though. Just take any bus to Coloane Village and you will end up there eventually.

After reading so many reviews i finally completed the Herculean task of finding this bakery in Venetian and the prize that awaited was delicious. Egg Tarts at their best. Even more amazing when served too hot. Loved them.

Just wanted to be clear. This is a review for the cafe that is around the corner from the bakery. Think some reviewers got this and the bakery mixed up. Love this cafe. I was so impressed with it that I am going to be here more often instead of the bakery. FOOD We got the Smoked Salmon Salad which... More

Claimed to be the origin of Portuguese Egg Tarts in Macau. We chose to stay at the cafe instead of the bakery cross the street as we preferred having a more relaxing experience....the overall ambience was good, friendly and warm, and full of aroma of egg tarts... But honestly speaking the other dishes including coffee, salad and sandwiches were not... More

Whenever me and my family holiday in Macau, it's always a foodie trip for us. My dad always gets the fruit cake, and I always get their Portuguese tarts. Can't go wrong here!

I hope TripAdvisor does not ban me for this , but this a just a shop selling egg tarts and cant be called a restaurant by any distance. I really wonder why this is under the restaurants. Maybe TA can start a new egg tart shop category for lord stows. Went there bought egg tarts slightly better than average but... More

I accidentally saw people lining up for a cafe in Venetian, without knowing what it is at first, I started lining up too. And boy I found out it was another place with Portuguese tart! Yay! The price is really reasonable, with the ambiance and quality of food, I'd say it is really good for value. And it was not... More

They obviously have other offerings, but we went solely for the tarts. The pastry was crispy and to die for and the custard not too sweet. The lady ahead of me ordered 2 1/2 dozens of them (@ HKD$9 per tart, which is roughly CAD$1.35), wish I had her wisdom when putting in my order. We tried to go to... More
