I was recommended this restaurant by a lady on the plane over to Hong Kong and my friend who resides in HK. It is a must if you travel to Macau, we had a late lunch prior to us seeing The House of Dancing Water show. Food was amazing, the Portuguese Chicken didn't disappoint and the sangria was very refreshing... More

We went here on a Wednesday for lunch with a large group of about 20 - 5 families. No crowds on the day we went. We had all recommends - stuffed octopus, prawns in clam sauce, chicken, ribs and a lot of sangria. The kids loved the foos ball. We caught taxis down $50hk on the meter, and the 26a... More

My mom and I visited Fernando's on a recommendation from a friend who used to visit Macau regularly. We were not disappointed! The food was fantastic and lived up to the hype. The restaurant was busy, but we were seated right away. The servers where great, even though it is a challenge to flag them down once and a while.... More

This out of the way restaurant is worth a visit. The decor is basic but the food is fantastic. The suckling pig was recommended by a local and didn't disappoint. A jug of sangria was the perfect accompaniment to our little feast. A great spot to experience local cuisine.

Food are fantastic! Roast pig is tender and crispy, bread is huge, seafood is fresh, price is cheap. Service is so so... Dont ask for ketchup, gravy or high chair they don't have that. We came there early and the restaurant is still close but a lot of people are already waiting outside. When it opened they rushed inside to... More

I first came to Macau on 2006, and never came until now. Back in those days I ate at Fernando's and it blew my mind, so on this my second visit I made the pilgrimage all the way back. I feared as it is often the case that it would not live up to my memories. My fears were unfounded,... More

Fernando's is a place that offers an unfussy eating experience, with simple, beautifully seasoned food. The service is generally very good, and it's a unique experience. No air conditioning will put some people off, and that's fair enough, but personally I can sit through minor discomfort for such a great restaurant experience. I am in Macau once a year and... More

The roasted pig, chicken, chorizo, and shrimp were awesome. Had too much as portions were generous. No credit cards, no a/c, no baby chairs, no ketchup and no reservations.

I live in HK and I love eating here so much, that sometimes my boyfriend and I make a day-trip just to eat here. The food is fantastic and great value too! It can be packed on weekends, so I would recommend showing up around 11:30 so you can sit with the first wave of diners at noon when they... More
