The restaurant follows the spa cuisine trend, offering gourmet experiences using balanced and organically grown food. Our menu uses all fresh ingredients, mostly from the island of Saaremaa itself. We feel that food is something you should enjoy, and that preparing it is something you should also get something out of. Our summer terrace, with its fantastic views over the sea, offers an extensive range of cocktails and snacks. We also have a special menu for children, and you can relax and unwind in our lounge and juice bar.

Relaxed place to eat

Restaurant for dinner is ok although limited menu and somewhat pricey. If you are staying in the hotel it is easy to eat in hotel restaurant

Very nice but I am not sure if meets the hype. Service and food was good and it is not too expencive. However, since I had heard so much about it being the best restaurant in Kuressaare, I thought that it wasn't that special. Maybe the best in Kuressaare but than again can a fine restaurant be compares to a... More

Attentive staff, spoke good English. Very accommodating of children, wtih extensive menu options, plus coloring stuff (or, the hotel playroom is at the other end of the hall). Lamb soup was good, as was the rabbit main. Excellent view of the harbour. The Eton Mess for dessert was excellent. Could have had that three times a day!

Had a very nice lunch in the hotel restaurant. We had the rabbit roll which was the loin done in a sous vide. The rabbit had a very mild flavour and it was prepared very well. The wait staff were attentive and friendly.

On Sunday evenig there was very quiet to have a long time dinner. Menu list is short, but elegant with good quality. For starter goat cheese with peet root was as exotic and great, also moose carpaccio well done. On may there was oinly one fish on list, but Atlantic godfish was exellent, lamb file was little bit over baked... More

If you stay in GOSPA it's a decent place for a dinner. But if you stay more then 3-4 days and have a lunch and dinner here in a few days you run out of choices. After the renovation the place is bright and nice!

We had a dinner on Sunday evening in this restaurant. It was very quiet and peaceful there. As apetizers we had scallops and elk carpaccio. The carpaccio was great but the scallops were bland and not perfectly fresh. The main courses were beef cheek and lamb filee. Both were great and the cheek something that you simply love, nice and... Pleasant atmosphere, but not very private for romantic dinner. Good meals, nice service. That was a part of tempting offer, we had a time slot to choose in one of the days. 50 eur is enough to eat, desserts would cost few euros more. Also had a breakfast there - breakfast buffet was excellent!

Menu is not big at all, mostly fish and meat. But dishes are nicely done, taste good. Vegetarian friendly

Slight lack of spirit, but that is acceptable for a spa-hotel restaurant, right? Food on the other hand was excellent. Although I'd have preferred a less salty herring tar-tar, that is again not a reason to scrape down points, right? :) Service was good and the noise level was kept down by the fact, that we were the only visitors...
