We arrived at 1915. The waiter looks at us with a sheepish look, so we start the conversation ourselfs. We ordered a bottle of wine. After he poored the wine we asked for the menu and then he informs us the kitchen opens at 2000hr. A bit late....but that can happen. The wine was warm which is not good for... More

First of all, we are not agree with the opinion because the way to ask for and talk wasn't polite and respecful. Our waiter informed about the opening time of the kitchen and he offered them other products that don't need to be cooked. All our wines comes from the fridge if the client don't ask another temperature warmer. But,... More

popped into this hidden little gem completely by chance when looking for shelter to avoid the spring showers in Ibiza Town! There aren't many places (other than Zara, or Mango!) to avoid the rain when it's wet in Ibiza but this place was perfect. It has a very british shabby chic bakery feel to the place - decorated in pretty... More

Mart a Vila as a very nice modern bar/restaurant beautifully and uniquely presented dishes with some surprising unexpected combinations too, although i thought a few (not all) of the dishes were just a little under seasoned/flavoured for my taste (eg the Calamari was cooked perfectly but the accompanying citrus reduction had little if any flavour to it) Definitely save space... This was excellent discovery!! The main dishes were just amazing. Fun twists how they present the food and just delicious. We had also desserts - just wow! Although the whole evening was a bit pricey, especially when you have a bottle of wine or sangria as well. We paid for 2 main dishes, 2 desserts and sangria 56EUR. It was... More

Now this is a find and you will need to watch out carefully when you walk along the street looking for it. It's narrow frontage is small enough to miss if you are walking fast. It is nevertheless a Resturant and Tapas bar well worth finding and in truth although we never intended to, we ate there on both evenings... More

We had a group of 8 of us dining at Mar a Vila in August 2013. The food was truly delicious. The chocolate truffles for dessert were outstanding. Very reasonably priced for what you get and for the quality of food. Would definitely go back!

My other half and I really enjoyed our meal at Mar a Vila. The menu provides a collection of creative, large tapas. We found two each was about right quantity wise but obviously that will depend on the dish and the size of your appetite. Friendly staff, menus available in English, Catalan and Spanish.

The restaurant is located in the center on one of the main shopping streets. It is stylish inside, has got a beautiful patio terrace and you get good food, for little money in a relaxing atmosphere. I don't understand why there where so little people (we were eating there twice), it is very recommendable and budget-friendly. Food is fresh and... More

easily found in the old town, and a great place to go if you want a nice variety of dishes. A pleasing aspect was how it was out of ear shot from the thump thump thump music that can at times reverberate around this town. we dined early (845pm) so was actually empty but by time we left there were...
