Great jerk chicken and juices

Picked up take out (jerk chicken) and huge portions and delicious! Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend it for take out. No atmosphere.

Wife and I came here for dinner one night so we could go home, relax by the pool and eat. We waited for about 20 minutes while they made the food but it was delicious. We got the jerk chicken, fried chicken and the chicken wings. The chicken wings were good, but the jerk chicken was on of the better... More

I understand that jerk chicken is served with bones in it but this was just over the top. We ended up getting takeout to enjoy on the beach. Service was fast and friendly. The flavors were very tasty but my small serving size had barely any meat in it and what was in it was attached to tiny bones which... More

We ordered the jerk pork meat and took it back to our cottage and made sandwiches for dinner - to die for meat! Be cautious with the jerk sauce they offer - we mixed it with mayo and that was a great and heat tolerable taste. Did not ruin the great taste of the meat!

We stopped here and had an excellent jerk chicken meal. I have to say I was expecting better because of the ranking by Trip Advisor. The best jerk chicken we have found is the little stand sort of across the road from the brewery. But this is very good. Prices are reasonable and they do have other things to choose... More

The steamed local snapper was one of the best fish meals I ever had. The vegetables were very good. Skip the bammy unless you really like cassava.

Georgetown, Grand Cayman Islands, was a port-of-call for our NCL cruise ship (see my NCL Epic review on Cruise Critic). Having been to Georgetown before, we knew how to avoid the outrageous tour and taxi fares. So, we took a local omni bus from the depot on Edwards Street for a lunch trip to Bodden Town ($2.50/person). The bus driver... More

This is the third year we have had the good fortune to be able to order food at Rankins. We had two separate meals on this visit. The first was goat curry, a great favourite of ours, and jerk chicken. We loved the jerk chicken, rice and beans so much we went back a couple of days later. Small portions... More

We've stopped by Rankin's every time we've been on the island and each time I've come to like it less. The jerk is okay, although not very meaty. The coleslaw isn't great and unfortunately flavours the rice and beans. The service is brisk and sterile. For a better island experience, try Chester's down the road.

We were staying right down the road at the Turtle Nest Cottages and grabbed dinner to go a couple times. Neither time were we disappointed. I'm a big eater and had trouble finishing my meal - the portions were that big! Highly recommend the jerk chicken.
