Nice quality food. The antipasti with vegetables was wonderful ! Very tasty. Nice location at the lake. Very friendly people and they were really nice for our two kids. The prices are correct. It s really worth a dinner when you visit Gargnano.

The restaurant is too basic in decoration and makes you feel that they just want to take your money. Quite expensive compared to the other restaurants in Gargnano and not quite worth the money unfortunately. On a positive side, the portions are huge, so if you'e really hungry for basic food and don't care about money, go here.

I ate here on vacation while staying at a nearby resort. I ordered the risotto with lemon and prawns. The dish itself looked very simple but the taste was wonderful it was the best risotto I've had, simple but full of flavour. The restaurant itself is very romantic, they have seating inside but the best place to sit is in... More

It's literally an alley, so make sure you don't miss it. It was such a unique and beautiful place to eat and the food was excellent and great value. We didn't book, but do recommend booking and asking for a table next to the lake

Tucked away down a covered alley this restaurant really is a hidden gem. At first we thought that the menu was a little limited because the menu displayed on the wall does not do it justice and a number of people turned away having only seen a small sample of what was actually on offer. However, that was their loss... More

Glancing down the covered alleyway leading to the lake you see tables laid out and it's hard not to be drawn in. The food is delicious, sophisticated, with a large menu, but the portions of the starters we had are too big. The Fish platter starter is out of this world but can be shared between two. The Sardines wrapped... More

We ate here on the last evening of our holiday in Gargnano, so it was sentimental as well as romantic. Having booked the day before, we had our pick of the tables, and chose to sit at the end of the terrace, next to the lake (the terrace is really a covered stone walkway between the trattoria and the building... We stumbled across the restaurant when we were wandering around Gargnano and we definitely weren't disappointed. The fish starter, including fish from Lake Garda and the surrounding area, was really different and tasty. And we really enjoyed our mains too. The al fresco dining area is really quirky too, it's like you're sitting in a cavern, but with a good... More

We chose this restaurant because people were saying the food was tasty, and we were not disappointed. Delicious local food, served with a smile, in a very atmospheric location: a stone tunnel leading down to the Lake. Get a table down the front and hear the water splashing beneath your seat - even feel the splashes occasionally!
