In the entrance, we were recibed by the waitress, who said the restaurant is full and then close and lock the door in front of us and other people who was asking. No waiting time was mentioned. What kind of service is that?

Lomo, is not the lomo of Argentina but nice place. I imagine some of the other dishes are well worth a try. Service fine.

El Durmiente Elquino is the nicest place to eat in Pisco Elqui, especially on weekends when there is a fireplace lit in the outside patio. The food is okay - the menu isn't exactly big. Good service, though, it's worth it.

Wonderful place to enjoy an evening. The food is tasty and there are a lot of local options to choose from that are difficult to find in other places. I drank a cactus juice, which was interesting. A few different musicians came to play for us at the table. I would say that they were all playing at a much... More

Enjoyed the romantic terrace at the rear. Nice view of the mountains. Portions on the small side but good. Service is slow, probably due to being understaffed, took forever to settle the bill and leave.

I went to El durmiente, with high hopes given the reviews that I read, and came out a bit disappointed about the food. Notwithstanding , the back garden lit by the full moon was extremely lovely. I order a basel-based (albahaca) pisco sour, which I requested with no sugar, but I was brought one with sugar anyway. The quinoa risoto... More

Pisco Elqui lacks decent restaurant experiences so you will probably end up here. The surroundings are nicely put together although it was pretty warm when we were inside. Our service experience was fine, friendly and attentive. The bread and dip complimentary dish is tasty. We ordered a salad, risotto and ribs. The salad is quite large, the risotto was heavily... The Quinoto (Quinoa risotto) is excellent. Being a vegetarian, I liked the fact they had options like this in the menu. I found it inexpensive compared to other restaurants.
