Best place to refuel after a walk

We really enjoyed a couple of cold beers then tucked into substantial portions of tender steak with potato chips and vegetables - just what we needed after a long walk. The service was very good.

Excellent service and yummy tapas. A great place to recharge after the Caminito del Rey walk. Great views, swim in the dam, attentive and friendly staff.

If I knew what the ribs I ordered here tasted like, I would have bought marchmellows in the grocery to get significantly better culinary experience. The ribs tasted like shoes which recently encountered a heap of burning embers; they were stiff, watery and burned on the outside. The fries were soaked, behaving just the way Salvador Dalí's clocks did. Overally,... More

Food was eatable but nothing worth a visit. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Bring cash allthough they have credit card machines but the lines had connecting problems. We visited off season, so place was almost empty.

great place to park up before walking the caminito del rey. Even better to quench your thirst and eat after the walk. Great service and welcome. Good company overlooking the lake, loved it.

Best thing going for it is it's proximity to Caminito Del Rey; good for toilets, parking and beer after the walk.

We have been coming here for the last 13 years since we had a property in Spain and every bust has been as good friendly staff and traditional Spanish food our only complaint is the toilets which don't match the standard of the reasturant

The restaurant is nicely situated by Embalse Conde de Guadalhorce. Service was excellent and food was good. This is maybe your best choice after relaxing by the lakes or this is also a nice place to sit down and relax after El Caminito del Rey. Some meals better than others. My favorite from our meal was the Paella with meat... More

A great tourist venue with the beautiful blue lake and excellent food. The flavours imparted into the fish dishes in particular, were excellent. The chefs obviously know how to keep their customers happy and coming back for more. A walk along the shoreline following the meal was a very pleasant way to finish our visit. Can be very busy with... More

We had a lovely meal at El kiosko. The paella was really good. Full of meat and seafood. The service was also very good and the staff curteous. However. The ladies toilets in the bar area were disgusting. The bin was overflowing with all matter of used toilet sanitary ware. I don't think it had been cleaned all day. it's... More
