I visited this pub for the first time last night with my two elderly (84 years old) parents, my teenage daughter and my 8 year old girl. My mother is blind, my father has dementia and heart failure. If I had taken note of some of the poor (bitter), reviews on here, I would never have visited The Lime Kiln... More

We went for Valentine's day and had a lovely time. The food was terrific, I particularly enjoyed the venison in chocolate sauce. Bill came to £45 for two of us who had 3 courses each and drinks. Never disappointed by this pub.

When I used to live near Langport, I would recommend this pub to all of my friends as it had great staff who produced a brilliant ambience, delivering exquisite food and customer service. I used to go there almost every 2 weeks if not more. I moved away from Langport just over a year ago and came back to visit... More

Went here with a couple of friends as a girlie lunch. Staff were friendly and food arrived quickly and piping hot. Good value for money will certainly visit again.

Came for lunch after Christmas. Heaps to choose from, all delicious. Generous portions, cooked to order, local produce. Desserts are especially good and reasonably priced. Cosy interior, great for friends/families. Loved the trivial pursuit cards on the table too.

Came here with the family a few weeks ago but stood in front of a closed door for about 10-15 min after supposed opening time. When we eventually got in, we were met by unfriendly staff except Jenny. The food wasn't too bad but quite expensive for the quality served compared to other establishments in the area where prices are... More
