Bar staff and waiting on staff were very polite and efficient. The food was out of this world with a good choice of menu. Value for money every time. Very good atmosphere.it seemed everybody was enjoying themselves we were on a hen night couldn't have wished for more, and the cleanliness was tops.

Booked a table for 5.30pm. When we arrived at 5.30pm the place was in darkness and the door was locked. When the staff inside saw us they came and opened the door and informed us they open at 6pm. When we explained we'd booked a table for 5.30pm she let us in, turned the lights on, seated us and we... More

An annual family lunch gathering for members from far and wide. Made very welcome, special requests from menu selections handled to our complete satisfaction. Prompt service and ample portions for all courses, well presented. Clearly a popular venue as fully booked and other customers arriving later hoping to take a table were willing to wait, which is always a positive... More

It was my sons 21st birthday and chose the Bod Erw to have a meal. We were a bit sceptical beforehand but what a pleasant surprise. The food was great, lovely decor/surroundings and the staff were really friendly. We had a lovely night out...Thanks obviously I would recommend this place :)

We came here on a Saturday evening in a party of 6. Immediate plus points were the Staff...pleasant and attentive but not over powering and the availability of Real Ale. The menu had a decent choice of starters and main meals and an adequate choice for vegetarians, others in the party had been here before and knew that the menu... More

Three of us made an early start (12.15) at this attractive restaurant - in fact we were the first table in the dining room. However, within half an hour it was a full house. The food was good and homely. O.K. so I like my roast beef on the rare side and this was not possible but I guess their... More

We were a party of 6, booked at short notice. The atmosphere was very inviting, staff welcoming and very professional. The Sunday lunch menu has an excellent selection and we all enjoyed a superb meal. Portions were enough to satisfy us all and the meal was excellent value. We will be returning.

I was pleasantly surprised, I have eaten here a couple times and both times the was really tasty, perfect portions and a salad bar. All the food was well presented and really good value for money. Perfect place for lunch or dinner. The homemade chips were dreamy :-)
