A little gem

This restaurant is nothing special from the outside, pretty but nothing to give an inkling of what is in store. Staff are very friendly, disabled access is good, with ramps outside which are an integral part of the paths, tables on ground floor and if you can do stairs then there is upstairs as... read more

Just visited St Asaph, and dined here one evening during our stay. Meal was good, seafood mixed platter to share as a starter was the highlight. Unfortunately we called on a special offer night, which meant the restaurant was very busy, and we had to wait almost 10 mins before we even could attract anyone's attention to ask for a... More

Could not believe the meal I had at The Bridge. Had heard from a friend that there was a menu on Wednesdays and Thursdays two courses for £10 or three for £14. Six of us went and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The presentation of the food was lovely, and judging by the empty plates everyone had the... More

Lovely welcome back at the Bridge. Service and table accommodation excellent and continued also throughout our meal via the waitress. Other diners thought service was a little slow as some were on a journey home as tourists, but it was perfect for us from neighbouring the place and we had no rush - but that is St Asaph anyway! To... More

Picked this place while travelling through the area after reading so so reviews on Trip Advisor. Starters were overpriced, looking forward to nachos with chilli but disappointed when 3 nachos were served on plate in a sandwich style. Also had duck with pancakes which was tasty but found 2 sharp bones in duck. Ordered chicken escalope in panko breadcrumbs which... More

Came here for Sunday lunch, had 2 courses for £11.95 which was very good value. The Sunday roast was nice, the pudding was gorgeous. Friendly staff, although service was a little slow. Would visit again if I was in the area.

Since we were last at the bridge, in fact over a year, to celebrate a colleagues leaving do, the food on that occasion was nothing to write home about. However, did we have a fantastic meal there the six of us last week, yes we did !!!! Whoever you have in the kitchen try and hang on to them, they... More
