Beautiful location on the Varadero beach, very friendly staff let us wonder around to have a good look of the second floor of the house.

Besides, the history of the place is very appealing. We didn´t eat, though, we just went in to know the place. Anyways, food in Cuba is not that great, so......

This restaurant is located right on the beach and the food is very good.There is a replica of the old car used by Al Capone in front of the hotel. Very well kept gardens surround the place.

We have been there twice we stop and have a drink on the balcony on the beach . A nice place and you can watch the locals fish with nets .If only walls could talk

The food is average. Have had the same meal at a different restaurant which tasted much better and was half the price. The prices are near outrageous. Cash only. I would only recommend going if you want to say "been there, done that".

the man got his booze from Canada here, and sent it to the US , only visited for one winter . really good part of the beach

We made a city tours in Varadero and we have a stop at the casa, a must see in Varadero, the casa was build in 1920 and was in good condition. Very happy to see the casa and know more about the history of the Casa de Al.

I loved the atmosphere. Jose the barman was very attentive and told us stories about the place. Very, very good mojito!!!!!!

We stopped in here for about half an hour for a few cocktails and to say we have done it. We never had a meal. The view of the beach and ocean are fabulous. The beer was cold, the Pina Colladas were expensive. I would go back just for the historical value and the view. Mike

For starters im not sure why there's so much arguing about whether it belonged to al.. When we went nobody claimed that it did. The sign in the front says "this building was built in the 20s as a warehouse to store alcohol and cigars during prohibition. Al Capone visited here at the End of that decade" That aside.. The...
