Delightfully quirky family-run taverna in Corfu Town

Lovely taverna tucked away in a quiet back street in Corfu Town. The vine covered pergola keeps the place cool from the midday heat. The freshest fish cooked with vegetables from the proprietor's allotment. With a cold beer or bottle of wine, a lazy lunch simply doesn't get any better than this... read more

The fish and seafood are always fresh. The variety depends on the dyas - whether the catch is good or not. One is allowed to inspect the fish and choose. There is no much choice of side dishes. The wine of the house is decent. The owners are extremely friendly. They make you feel at home immediately. We will go... More

Stopped here on the off chance and had the nicest lunch - fresh sardines with a salad. SO Nice. Decided to go back for dinner and had the best fish we have had in a long time. Was invited into the kitchen to chose the fish - good selection in the chiller drawers. Our waiter weighed it for us and... More

We had dinner here and found the food was very good. Service was attentive. Went with traditional Greek dishes and found them better than some other places we had dined at.

I had a very late lunch here with a friend whilst spending the day in Corfu town waiting for a plane home. The restaurant is in a rather boring back street. If you go just a little further on you will come to a pleasant square with many more restaurants. The service was prompt but we were the only guests... More

This restaurant was recommended to me by my hotel. My 6 guests and I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 7:15pm and were immediately accommodated by the 2 staff members working. We ordered and then received our drinks and waiting patiently for the server to come and tell us the specials. At least 10 minutes went by before the server... More

We had fish, quite well prepared. Service was ok. House wine was good. It is a bit difficult to rate as was the single restaurant in Kerkyra we have been in. Overall, we enjoye the evening...

Out hotel recommended this restaurant. It looked great. The Head lady was a bit too sharp for me. She was bossy and a bit rude. The fish was so expensive we opted for sardines which were average. The boiled veg were boring and my daughters pasta was average. It was pricey and I would not return.

Located near the centre it is a great small restaurant with typical local food. The sea food was fresh and well prepared, the hosts were typically relaxed and not very formal, the price was very good. Great place for casual dinner with friends or fammily.
