A great choice. The food was excellent and the service, too. Nice, cool breeze in the evening and very near the main shopping area. Definitely a restaurant to come back to.

After a pretty torturous shopping trip in the town centre and a visit to the fort. We decided to have supper here. The food was excellent as was the service. To cap the evening off they gave us all chocolate cake "on the house" which was very scrummy. Overall I would go again, great food, service and value.

Aegli is located in the very classy Liston, a colonnaded street built by the French in 1812. The restaurant is refined by Greek standards, and the waiters are friendly and efficient. The food was very good, reflected in the prices which are marginally higher than those in the surrounding area. If you want to eat in a comfortable environment and... More

We ate here out first and last night in Corfu Town. The Moussaka is so good that the people who didn't get it the first time had to go back and order it when we went back. The mussels saganaki is also delicious. Their house red was the best red wine I had the entire vacation. Located right on The... More

We happened upon this restaurant while on an evening trip to Corfu Town. The main draw was that it served moussaka and we weren't disappointed. There was a good variety of dishes on the menu and we were informed that the fish and seafood menu was adjusted each day depending on the morning catch so this part of the menu... More

Fairly standard fare, though execellent bread, with good service in a great spot. Sadly their advertised sardines were gone. Reasonable wine by the bottle. Topped off with a free (delicious) baklava each.

Located on the Spianada adjacent to the famous cricket pitch in Corfu town. The food here was excellent complemented by a fine wine recommended by our friendly waiter. Not the most expensive place in town by any means but expect to pay a premium for the location.

Placed in the very heart of the old town of Corfu, in a beautiful Venice building, they offer traditional corfu dishes. The waiters are very friendly and fish soup was really good. Unlike all those creamy soups here it is a good fish bouillon with some pieces of white fishes, carrots and potatoes. The waiter is sofisticated in wines and... More

For those of you who may have read other reviews I have written, you will realise that I don't eulogise easily! And the thing about Corfiot food is that you are probably going to get pretty much the same dishes offered wherever you go. It's a bit like the shops in Corfu town really - they all offer the same...
