Ok, but not great

We went here when it started raining extremely hard and we needed to find a dry place to eat. It is a good location, on the Town Hall square, and the food is allright, but definitely not the best we have had on Corfu.

Ate here in early October because I really fancied a Musaka. Service was great, staff friendly and the Musaka very good. Lovely setting opposite the town hall (I think) , lots of Greek people about enjoying the early evening sunshine and the price was very reasonable.

excellent location, lovely view of main town square buildings, family run and delightful service (a bit slow, but who cares on holiday??) we loved it. the mussels in different sauces were wonderful and the fresh grilled crevettes also. a great shelter outside under parasols in the rain. lovely family, went there 3 days in a row and were given free... Having experienced eating out in a square in Rhodes, we wanted to do the same thing in Corfu Town on 10th September. The emphasis of prompt service was on starters and mains. No pudding was offered. We perhaps ordered too much starters -we could have shared the salad. The Corfu Lamb was wonderful. My wife had a full large glass of... More

We visited this place during our holidays. Food was decent, but from this location and place you could expect more. Mushrooms were average, but for this price we expected more. Salads were s bit poor with respect to added amount of ingredients.

The food wasn't bad, wasn't great either. The service was appalling, we waited a long time to get our bill, which was annoying as people were waiting to be seated. Staff were unorganized.

We ate 4 times there. Greek cuisine, italian Pasta, Pizza. We always left with full belly and a grin on the face. Try it!

The food was very good and full of flavour. Service was a little slow but it didn't bother us as the atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxing and each course was delicious.

I rarely complain about restaurants but my visit to the olive tree was one of my worst restaurant experiences ever. To say that the service was slow would really understate it - we were waiting for our pizzas for well over an hour. And when they arrived - I had better pizzas from supermarket freezers
