Chosen by chance

Very friendly waitress....very informative. Had Rib eye steak and Sofrito. Both really good but lack of a choice of fresh veg😕. House white wine very good. Asked for dessert menu but there was only Tiramisu and Chocolate souffle. We declined and 5 mins later a piece if Tiramisu and 2 spoons... read more

We were in Corfu on vacation, July 2015. We found this clean and nice restaurant just behind St Spiridon's church. The restaurant seemed so friendly and the atmosphere so inviting that I could not resist the temptation to sit down and enjoy the meal. I was determined to enjoy it! The polite waitress was fast as well. We were treated... More

Happened upon this fantastic restaurant on our cheeky wee overnight in Corfu while holidaying on Parga. Food was absolutely excellent, our waitress was friendly and attentive and we were amazed at how reasonable the meal and wine were. Is definitely worth a visit!

We first went to Corfu 7 years ago and we ate here and it was nice then so 7 years on we were happy that not much had changed and the food was still delicious. Staff were fine price was fine location was fine only snag is the inside is very small and the toilet gets a bit of stick... More

We stumbled across this place by accident listening to the band in the square next to the church Great food well presented and a good menu staff were excellent and friendlyhighly recommend Just a pity about the grumpy owner sat in the corner barking orders at everybody that works for him Other than that would been a five star!!!

Located within a very picturesque little piazza (square) within Corfu Old Town with nice food at a reasonable price. Not sure what previous reviews are referring to with regards to the toilet cleanliness, yes it is small. But very clean and recently tiled and decorated, spot on in my opinion. The only thing that let this place down was the... More

Visited Piperitsa twice .. Once just for cool drinks and a wonderful view of the piazza and the second time to relish in both dinner and drinks. Delicious food and a little different - I adored the risotto wig pomegranate, almonds and dried grapes and my partner in the chicken penne which had a glorious creamy Marsala style sauce. Very... We stumbled here by accident but thoroughly enjoyed the friendly service and good food. Particularly accommodating of our children (7 and 5) who are fussy eaters. Our son declared the Pizza picante to be the best pizza in Greece! Bonus is the traffic free square where the children could run around whilst we enjoyed our coffee.

Ten days in Greece and we have had gorgeous local food, professional service, and a friendly hospital welcome from wonderful Greek restaurants big and small. And clean toilets. Not here I'm afraid, none of those. Pity because the location is so wonderful. The management needs to care a little more.

Visited on a recent holiday. Really inviting looking restaurant, cheerful and welcoming staff and a reasonable menu. Pizza great, nice thin base and not too long to wait. In a small square next to Spirios church so great for people watching. Toilet awkward to get into and could do with an upgrade!
