We had fish soup to start for 12.50 euros. The only fish in it was some skin, we didn't eat it, nobody cared, so we went to another restaurant for our main course!

Pleasantly surprised by this. It's on the main thoroughfare in Corfu Town and is thus a bit pricier than others. That said it has an interesting and varied menu which makes for a pleasant change. We had one starter between us which was spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce. It contained 4 spring rolls which is more than adequate... More

Really enjoyed our meal here and it's a little different from the many restaurants in Corfu, my wife had the Rabbit stew where I had the house special of meatballs and pasta for 9.50 euro was great value, good service and one of the better places to eat in Corfu town

We chose this place after wandering around town looking at menus as this had some different items on offer and as vegetarians, we can get tired of the same things on all the Greek menus. The food here was fantastic! The mushrooms were divine and we enjoyed everything! The service was good and we sat outside and people-watched. We asked... More

Far away of what we know about local gastronomy in Corfu. Great plates ... Try Sofrito & Chicken with Koym Koyat ... Mmm! Of course the restaurant is in the heart of the tourist area. So you must be alternatives to understand what's happened here!

Lovely place for a great lunch in Interesting Corfu Town. Freshest seafood. Nice wine list. Very pleasant. Fine Greek food in central location.

In our first time at Corfu, we must have picked the busiest evening of August to go to the Liston square for dinner. We had looked at Trip Advisor for some recommendations and also, got a couple of names from a barman at Paleokastritsa. We thought we would give the Rex a try, being in one of the most historic... We've dined at Rex many times over the years as it is in ideal setting for people watching and just feeling the vibe of Corfu Town in the evening, swallows singing etc. We were warmly welcomed, recognised from earlier visits, and seated outside. My wife ordered the lamb chops which were a strange cut and which contained precious little meat.... More

Looked nice outside, menu looked nice. Once we were I'm they took the order, took a while to get our drinks. When we had finished our starter it took them ages to collect our plates and when they did they brought our mains out as they were taking them away! The guy to got us to come in was just... More

The restaurant looked promising, plus it was recommended by the hotel reception lady. we ordered: Stuffed artichoke (very good) Rolled vine leaves (ok) Sea-food Risotto (ok) Pastitado (local dish, ok) Cheese cake (horrible, we sent it back) The food was nicely plated and served but the taste was flat: the pastitado (a corfu dish that's actually wide pasta with slow-cooked...
