We had few experiences of restaurants in Mykonos due to end of season, but we almost tried two. The first was terrible... Niko's Taverna was an agreable surprise. When you arrive you can think it's the perfect place to catch tourists but food is really excellent and service efficient. Sea food was fresh and well cooked and dessert were excellent.... More

Had a good fish dish (bream) and small dishes (mezze) that we were several to share. Good salads too.

I had high expectations of this place after reading reviews. It was easy to find. The menu was quite large, the services was poor from the start but hey that's greece . The prices are decent, however, the food is average . There were better places in the area.

Very popular and busy (don't know why), Managed to get a table and sat down all very rushed, when the man came over to take the order my wife asked a couple of questions about what she wanted to order and the guy was so rude and unfriendly that we decided to leave, as we had already ordered "house wine"... We came here because of all the positive reviews we'd seen both here and in various guidebooks, but this was probably the worst meal we had during our entire stay in Greece. I ordered the stuffed squid, as it was one of the daily specials--but I guess the "specials" are maybe just stuff they're trying to get rid of? The... More

Wind thru narrow streets to find this restaraunt. Appetizer of saganaki not flaming and hot like in the states, but edible. The moussaka was excellent. Check out the toast light fixture.

quite touristic place with classic average tavern food. Not bad - not special. Good for an easy going meal with normal prices and average tastes.

Enjoyed lunch here after our trip to Delos. The server was polite and the food good. It did take a little while to get our food though. Tables seated after us got their food before ours.

We chose this restaurant for dinner because many restaurants in town did not open until 7:00 PM, and Niko's provides both lunch and dinner with fresh sea food. First, the waiter seems had limited patient, especially when we wanted to know more about local dishes. Everything on the menu seems good from his mouth, We ordered two dishes from their... More

Mykonos is not inexpensive period and in particular places for evening dinner. Niko's is the exception so the red table clothed tables will be busy most evenings. Easy to find near the harbor and for the 4 of us on our last night together absolutely perfecto! For starters we shared stuffed aubergines and stuffed tomatoes just fabulous Greek cuisine. Mains...
