Consistently good food and service

Consistently good food and service was the overall name of the game. Nothing is too much of a problem, all specific requests were dealt with a "can do" attitude. Reasonably priced and with reliable wifi. Never felt rushed. Staff were a credit.

We visited Harriet's for three evening meals during our recent stay. The quality of the food was really good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The homemade desserts are fantastic. Always seemed busy and didn't need any PR trying to drag people in. Prices very reasonable.

We enjoyed breakfast at Harriet's a good breakfast plain and simple and good to escape the buffet feeding frenzy at our hotel. The service was very good and the staff efficient and friendly. The cakes look good but as yet we still have to try them, there is a fairly extensive menu serving all the old British favoutites as we'll... More

Ladies I'm confused by some of your poor reviews, we found you all friendly, the menu so extensive we struggled to choose and the food fantastic! My only negative is that the piece of quiche you gave me was so big I couldn't fit in cake afterwards & I REALLY wanted it! We have to also apologise for not leaving... More

Tenerife is full of places that do the same type of food. Cheap and cheerful. This place reminds me of the cafés at home in Otley (Yorkshire). The cakes are amazing! You will be spoilt for choice. My husband had a breakfast which was at a competitive price. It looked lovely. I had some potato scones. The iced coffee was... More

We only had coffee and cake and ice-cream here but staff were most helpful with gluten-free options. All the food that other customers were having looked lovely too. You can also pick up a book for 1 Euro if you run out of reading material - what's not to like?

We visited Harriets Tea Room several times during our two week stay. A lovely little cafe serving freshly made sandwiches/salads etc and gorgeous home made cakes. Be warned though......the cakes are huge! Maybe a little too big depending on the cake. A nice cup of tea and a friendly welcome await you at this little tea room. Definitely worth a... More

We came across this lovely little place whilst reviewing potential eateries on TripAdvisor before our trip. We had breakfast and lunch during our stay, on two separate occasions. The only two cups of tea I had in Tenerife that were drinkable and like back home. The menu offers an extensive array of breakfast and lunch items, the staff were pleasant... More
