We called in trying to shelter from a showery squall. The place looked so well presented great position overlooking the old harbour .but that where we came down with a bump ,the waiter was rude he just push us towards an empty table then left us ,we ordered pasta which I insisted was vegetarian and my wife choose prawn and... Probably the best scenic position of any restaurant locally but we were disappointed that the full and tempting cake/sweet cabinets had disappeared since our last visit to the island. The idea of menus in different languages on two outside ships wheels is a good one but it can cause congestion when viewed by passers-by as there is little space between tables... Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. This restaurateur needs to attend customer service training or quit. I would suggest the latter since I doubt if such arrogance can be changed. Nothing going for this restaurant other than a nice view during the day!

We have lunch here every year, and unfortunately, are often disappointed, apart from the amazing view. Service was fine, except that we weren't given the snack menu and didn't know about its existence until we saw other people with it. That would have suited us better for lunch. I ordered a chicken salad which was a small portion of chopped... More

We had visited this Restaurant on previous visits to Puerto Del Carmen and really enjoyed our visits,so much so that we made an effort to call in and make a booking for the following night. When we arrived the Head Waiter looked around to see what tabled were free, we got the distinct impression that our reservation had not been... More

We visited as a party of 8, adults & teenagers on holiday this week. The restaurant looked busy and had great views over the sea (even though it was dark). The waiter managed to sit us straight away at the front - great start....then it all went down hill. Drinks orders were very rushed, 6 of us ordered, as I... More

We were staying in Costa Teguise and took a trip to Puerto Del Carmen on a slightly cloudy day. We passed this restaurant as we were taking a stroll and it was packed to the rafters, great bustling atmosphere with food being served left right and centre. To top that the views were stunning as the restaurant is slightly raised.... More
