Wonderful relaxed atmosphere and superb food. Just lovely not to be hassled in from the pavement - a real joy to sit, eat and relax. We had the Canarian set lunch which consisted of a huge salad, canarian potatoes (lots), prawns sizzling in garlic oil, a huge plate of whitebait cooked with a light touch, a plate of a mozzarella... We visited this Restaurant twice for dinner and once for lunch during our holiday. It is run by a French Family, Mum, Dad and their Son. Very very good value for money. 3 course meal for 8.50 euros, choice of 2 at each course. First visit we had vegetable soup and mixture of cold meats, Chicken with French Fries and... More

Although we were staying half board we decided on our last night to come here just for the thrill of having our food brought to us. We both had the menu of the day which consisted of salad, bread, prawns in a garlicky sauce, whitebait, Canarian potatoes, soft cheese and either creme caramel or ice cream. There was also a... More

For the third year running since finding this hidden gem of a restaurant we ate their twice in our weeks stay. Nothing changes it is still super value for money and the french onion soup is the best I have ever tasted. Five star dining for three star prices.

We had a beautiful late lunch yesterday at El Marinero, the sun was shining and it has the most lovely sea views. Service was welcoming and friendly, food was amazing and great value. We had rice salad, tasty sardines and ice cream along with a very good house white wine. I would recommend this wonderful restuarant, it really is well... More

Unbelievably good restaurant, it was recommended to us by long term customers and they were not wrong. Firstly the quality of the food is second to none, and secondly the price is just so good. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked in and it was clear to see that your custom is valued and appreciated.... More

We have been coming to PDC for a few years now , and this fabulous restaurant is a must for us to visit. How this little place is not higher up I don't know! This is a family run business- dad as waiter and barman and mother and son in the kitchen. The food here is always Devine , although... More

.... this is a hdden gem ..... you could easily walk past - don't! If dining in a French restaurant on Lanzarote on Christmas Day felt a little strange at first, that was quickly forgotten as we had a most memorable meal. The fish platter was by far the highlight. This place really should rank higher, but I get that... More
