This is a fantastic bar with great craic. Noel and his staff and friends are very welcoming and entertaining. It is definitely worth a visit. Will be back.

Great wee bar...unfortunately hidden in the corner of the run down centre in the old town...but don't let this put you off. One of the friendliest pubs on the island ran by Noel aka Father Ted. Spotless toilets, great prices and great karaoke where everyone joins in. If you feel the need to confess your sins pop along!!!

Just come back from 2 weeks in PDC and found this little gem of a small late night bar. No frills Irish bar with friendly owner and bar staff, always welcoming. I even done my first ever karaoke song. Will be back later this year and be straight to FT's once the AI bar is closed, keep up the good... More

This particular bar has re-located, under new management, downstairs in the La Hoya Commercial Centre since June 2012 at the very latest. The theme remains the same - an Irish bar with a Father Ted theme but a much smaller complex and a bar only. The bar opens at half 8 but doesn't get lively until nearly 1am. Its got... More

Called in Father Teds on a few occasions, has a giggle, some nights it was busy, others not so - belted out a few tunes on the ole Karaoke (would be rude not to!) Why not go along and join in the fun? go on go on go on !!!!!

The owner came to the island and opened a bar / restaurant, which i'm afraid did not work out for him.

We had just landed in lanzarote as a group of 7. We wanted something quick and easy on our first night, As i used to live in puerto del carmen i suggested eating in La Hoya as there used to be some good handy eateries. We wandered upstairs to father teds as the menu contained the type of food we... More
