Friendly local bar, attracting a local, mainly British clientèle. Late afternoon is relaxed and good for social intercourse with the locals. Familiar TV with comedy series and friendly banter from the bar. Good selection of beers - real ale and cider and a range of snacks from the kitchen. Later at night a fuller menu is offered, but I haven't... More

Marie and Mick are the perfect hosts, When we first visited PDC 4 years ago Tipsy's was originally situated on the Reina Sofia. Their hospitality is 2nd to none and when they moved premises we moved with them...We now think of them as friends and spend quite a few days at Tipsy's. Best home cooking you can get and the... This cafe bar is now on calle tiede, where the English Tea Rooms used to be. Mine hosts are Mick and Marie and they made us most welcome, we were staying in the corona 1 appt, which are a minute's walk away. The bar is only small, but we had a great time, there is an adjoining room to eat... More

Stumbled on this little bar at the beginning of our holiday & called every day. Marie was always smiling & made us very welcome. Had a couple of meals & it was lovely, just like been at home. Keep up the good work hope to see you later in the year :-)

Tipsy's has moved premises. Situated on Calle los Afrechos, all new Tipsy's boasts a cosy and welcoming bar area serving tasty snacks in the daytime with an adjoining, tastefully decorated restaurant serving delicious evening meals. Drinks are inexpensive, food served is of a very high standard and great value for money. The owners, Mick and Marie, make everyone feel welcome... More

You get what you pay for. Presentation of staff very poor. Pineapple juice returned as off. Noticed food being deep fried before frying on top service. Quite an unpleasant place.

Popped in one morning on our way back up the hill for breakfast, decent enough at a fair price but not the best around. Staff not as friendly as a previous visit. A bit disappointed to be honest.
