Lovely home made delicious mexican food

Great home made food, really tasty and fresh. The staff were lovely especially the one waiter we didn't catch his name . But he was really welcoming and helpful. Definitley worth a visit we will be going back for another meal hopefully before we fly home! Excellent little restaurant x

This is our first time in Lanzarote and 3 nights ago we stupidly didnt take the advice of Tripadvisor and ended up going into a restaurant rated 225 out of 245 without knowing it, so after checking Emmas Mexican cantina on here we gave it ago. Weve been to Mexico twice before and tried the food and this place is... More

Having been to Mexico twice, I can confirm that this restaurant is the real deal. Superb service, knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere, and stunning food. The chili blew my crocs off!!!!

Have visited a few times over the years but not for a bit, we stay nearby and decided to give it ago, my Mrs likes Mexican but I am not its biggest fan I can't take spicy food at all nowadays so was a bit concerned that I wouldn't be able to have much previous times I was ok but... More

First visited this place a couple of times back in 2011. Standard of food is still excellent. I had potato skins to start - really big portion and really tasty. Sharing fajitas of prawns, beef and chicken for my main. My only gripe is I think they were overpriced for a sharing portion over 15 euros each when a single... More

My partner and I have been visiting PDC for 7+ years and have never visited Emma's Cantina before and we have defiantly missed a trick for all this time, a bit out the way from the "main strip" but well worth the walk, Kirsty the waitress was excellent and was very informative about the food \ menu, the food itself... Service was very good. They explained the menu and demonstrated how hot the items were. We both started with the Mexican prawn cocktail. It was different from any prawn cocktail we'd ever had - delicious. For the main course, my wife had the Tex Mex Fiesta - ribs, fillet steak, prawns. She loved it. I had the Chili Rojo. I... More

We ate at Emma's twice during our week long trip and it was great both times. On our first visit, we shared chorizo quesadillas to start (they were so tasty) and then I had the chilli con carne over potato wedges (it is hot, hot, hot but really full of flavour too) and my husband had the Sanborns enchiladas which...
