Had dinner on one of the evenings we stayed in the hotel. The food was excellent. I do agree that it is not cheap for the food or the wine though. but as long as the food is nice i don't mind the price.

My family and a friend stopped at this restaurant by chance, on our way to Avize. We were hoping for a quick lunch but turned out that this is a gastronomique restaurant. We decided to dine anyway. We informed the waiting staff that we are in a bit of a hurry and the did their very best! The service was... More

We had the menu des Saveurs and the menu Decouverte. We were welcomed with a coupe de champagne. Afterwards we had a white Rhone and a red Bordeaux of great quality at reasonable prices. The menu dishes were good, For de Saveurs Foie Gras, filet de boeuf and a fish dish in between. The cheeses were good too, desert was... More

How lucky I was to have enjoyed the amazing dishes, plus the service was very professional and enjoyable. Flavor and texture combinations were impeccable. My time here flew even though I was dining alone. I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome. It was a high note among many quality restaurants during my visit to France.

We arrive at 8pm and have aperitifs at the garden before dinner. We order The dinner set for 55€. It comes with large portion of entree, large main, cheese and a large dessert and coffee to finish. Love every dish. Will come back again.

A new hotel situated amongst beautiful surroundings . Rooms immaculately clean nicely put together. Good quality beds and silent rooms so if you did arrive late which we did being disturbed by noise in the morning is highly unlikely. The Host Annabel made us feel so at home we wouldnt hesitate but to stay again. Breakfast and lunch both very... More

This is a perfect stop next to Epernay on the way to Reims. The lady of the house and the rest of the service make you feel like home. The food is traditional but well prepared and the Champagne list is well presented at honest prices. This place is a must do when you are passing in the region.

Without any doubt the best fine dining experience in the Epernay area. Great "young" chef and attentive staff. You've got to go there !!!!! Sebastien Rouillaux

We decided to stay at the hotel and celebrate our 45th anniversary with a nice meal. Was it ever. The food and presentation were worth the added expense. The ambiance matched the service and the service matched the meal. This is dining not eating. We recommend this place.

The food you'll keep talking about it and the wine list with Champagne selection which looks more like a wish list. Try the tasting menu with classic Foie Grais, lovely John Dory fish and Lamb loin. Just above the restaurant there is a small hotel, with tastefull rooms and great breakfast selection. The owner of the place is a charming lady,... More
