The restaurant at the Chateau d'Etoges is in the elegant tapestry-hung'Orangerie', on the right as you arrive. We had the smallest menu, but the dinner was still ample and delicious. We would certainly return: a very good address

The restaurant of the castle is an absolute steal! We tried the 45€ menu and every dish was a complete success. The food is easily worth a 1 star Michelin restaurant and the price is half of it. In addition, location is amazing, room is great and service is really excellent. Loved it, one of the best experience Ever!

The management of the Chateau d'Etoges seems to be able to maintain high standards of quality. When we first stayed here in 2002, we very much enjoyed the hotel and the restaurant, so we returned to check if reality still lives up with the memories we had from more than ten years ago. Atmosphere and service are still at a... More

The food and service were great. The drinks can really set you back so keep that in mind and only accept all of the drinks that they offer if you are willing to pay a lot for them! Having said that, the food was great and the cheese selection was unmatched to any we have ever had!

We only stayed one night at the Chateau on our way down through France. The main reason we chose it as an overnight stop (apart from the fact that the Chateau looked amazing - and was (see separate review!)) was that a vegetarian menu was offered in the restaurant. Travelling with a very fussy vegetarian eater is not fun in... More

During our stay at the Chateau we had dinner at the restaurant twice. We tried different set menu's and enjoyed the excellent service along with the very tasty food in a classic setting. Absolutely worthwhile!

Launch in a castle, and afterlaunch nap in the faboulus garden...what else do u want? Service was extremely good, posh but not so expensive. The desserts were superb, especially creme brulee pistache!!!

Very romantic decor. Limited seatings so reservation is a must. Every dish is enjoyable. Very good wine list but slightly pricey. Not all waiters speak English. It's kind of embarrassing for them when they have to introduce all kinds of the cheese (more than 15 types) to us in French (I guess they're required to), even though they know that... More

My husband and I booked this hotel and restaurant for his birthday after 5 days in Paris. The drive to Chateaux D'Etoges from Paris is so lovely and the hotel was so romantic. The swans in the moat and the big sprawling landscape are breathtaking! The two nights dining at the restaurant were a fairy tale come true. We purchased... More
