The staff attitude are very poor especially the cashier ,supervisor,manager ,they playing at the dinn in floor.except vege,others food n seafood very terrible.

After going to Snow World, we got hot bowls of soup at the nearest restaurant. Unfortunately, our tired feet got us to Hot Pot. I got the wanton soup and it was not good. The noodles were starchy. Service is slow. A little overpriced. Better to eat elsewhere.

Was shock to hear the pre-paid steam-boat of $139 for (2adult+kid) which made us TURN-Away to Genting Hotel...our dinner was only $80+ at Bubbles & Bites cafe.
