Cheap, crispy and cherished good meal

After reading so many reviews of this restaurant, I told myself I must try, especially the crispy pork belly dish. The way to go there is to take the cable car to the downstation and from there take a bus to the Strawberry Farm (a destination now frequented by the bus going to Awana Resort... read more

Dropped by for a quick meal after outing. Ordered crispy pork belly, steamed egg and veggie dish. Lunch for two came out to RM52.50 which was reasonable standard for the area. Taste wise nothing to rave about but no complains either. Fills the hungry tummy.

There are many restaurants along a road quite close to the base station of the Cable Car. We looked for Chinese as we like pork and also beer. We ordered about 6 dishes for the 5 of us. All were excellent and the service was prompt. Definitely worth remembering. Good value for money.

13 of us dined at the restaurant and we ordered a 5kg Soon Hok, a type of river fish and it was really fresh. Cooked to perfection. Price is 130 / kg. Reasonable since you get such fresh fish. The fried pork was amazing too. Satisfying dinner all in all.

A chinese & seafood restaurant at Gotong Jaya. Seem like many celebrities also been here. Many group photos on the wall. Steamed prawn with thick prawn paste & steamed egg are very nice. Many people recommend Fried pork belly - crunchy, but salty.

There are two branches of this restaurant along the Gotong Jaya row of shop lots. I prefer the one at the lower end along the row of shop lots as their portions and food quality are slightly better than the one at the higher end. They serve one of the best Cantonese Fried Kueh Teow around and their signature dishes... More
