Attentive Service, Nice Food.

Was having a short holiday at Genting Highlands and decided to eat at The Olive. To start off with, the bread was delicious. We ordered the poach egg salad with chicken and it was yummy! I ordered the Salmon and it was nicely cooked. The portion was big and thus we were so full that we had to... read more

The prices were very expensive and the quality of the food is far below average. The staff working there couldn't be too bothered about your complaints or request to refill your drinks. Just not my cuppa tea ...

First visit since 2012 when Chef Daniel left for pastures new. Not sure about the menu now, I used to like a regular steak here even though it was quite expensive, the menu restricts you now to Wagyu with prices in the stratosphere. It still has a great atmosphere and service is particularly good which is one of the reasons... More

Olive has been our favorite drinking place since year 2009. We will visit Olive at least twice a year. The selection of wine is good, you might find surprises that you might not find else where and if you are not sure, you can always seek the helpful staff's guide.

Visited this restaurant for the 4th time when travelling with my family recently. Coming to the olive for dinner has almost become a tradition for the family when visiting Genting and it is also the highlight of every visit. Great ambience and great food. What I look forward to when visiting the Olive is a good piece of steak. The... More

Just visited this place for some drinks. Nice atmosphere here. Service was good and they also have a couple singing and playing the piano for some music.

Excellent in wine selections with food pairing - like most on wines and no comment on dislike. MENU WISE SLIGHTLY PRICY on certain food. Service wise just good.

My friend and I chose the menu of the month, being the Malaysian International Gourmet Festival. I was delighted with the 7- course dinner. First came the amuse bouche which is so delicately presented. More like eating art! The waiters were generous with the assortment of bread served warm together with butter, black and green olive paste. The main course... More

I was there on my Birthday with my Girlfriend. We went very casually but the waiters made the night special for us. They gave us a huge complimentary cake, which was delicious. we ordered one t-bone steak and one sirloin steak. the size of the steaks were huge, i couldn't finish my t-bone steak. But it was one of the... More
