extensive menu and really generous portions of the freshest fare the sea can offer. They even have their own fishing boats with lobster pots stowed on deck. We were given a delicious appetiser of prawn, parsley & potato soup and followed this with salad of ventresca of tuna and San Martin (John Dory) Unforgettable. We were recommended this place by a cousin... More

Our hotel recommended this restaurant for our first dinner in Ribadesella. It has a wide menu but we both decided to have Asturian fish, given the proximity to the water. The dishes were simple, local fare - cooked and presented well. The restaurant was busy and there was a lively vibe. We enjoyed watching the theatre of the waiters pouring... More

Nice environment, great discover on TripAdvisor. Service is kind of slow, but keep in mind that the restaurant was full. Good food and although the prices are high, the portions are huge.

It's a cool place, loved the decorations. Staff was friendly. Ordered two dishes to share amongst the three of us (the mussels and the rice with clams). Huge portions. They were fine, but nothing special. The empanada starter was good though as was their bread. One of us got sick a few hours later (probably that unopened mussel). We also... More

Atmosphere- 10 Food- 7 Portion Size- Huge! Sidra- 10 This place was awesome for drinks and snacks, though we were unaware of the portion size and looked like cows because we had so much food in front of us for just two people. They had a band outside and everyone was singing it was such a cool night.

We have stayed in Ribadesella 3 times and have eaten here on each visit. Overall the food is very good but the portions are huge and the prices are higher than most of the competition, so it isn't particularly good value. We have just taken pot-luck as far as getting a table is concerned and have had to wait on... More

We bumped into this place by chance; we were hungry and tired. We sawan overcrowded spot and entered it. What a nice thought. Huge dishes, tasty and well cooked. Cyder everywhere, given as usual; little sip in the glass thrown down with the used masterness of the Asturian owners. To go again

We ate here based on recomendation from hotel and they were right. If you have never experienced the local cider, you must and it is very inexpensive. You get a drink and a show all in one. The 2 of us started with the cheese plate and it was nearly a meal in itself. I had the pork cheeks and... More

We were a crew of 7 and enjoyed a good local bite, complete with excellent rice pudding for dessert. Percebes, calamares, chipirones encebollados were all excellent. - I would skip the rice with almejas though I would be happy to return any time.
