Tasty veggie food in a hotel, room is a little dark but don't be put off by this. Food is beautiful and service fast, get a seat by the window and open the blinds, we had a package meal of North Indian food, it is regulated by time in what you can order. I recommend this restaurant to eat at.

it is a no show thing place but the food taste is very good here !. the lunch and the soups were excellent and if they concentrate a lot more on the ambience , it is a big thumbs up for them !. the prices are very reasonable and one can come out satisfied !

I visited this place in march 2014. The south Indian meal is priced at Rs 90 while the north Indian meal costs Rs 160. Since it was 3 by the time we ordered the south Indian meal items were not warm but north Indian meal was at the right temperature to eat. North inidan meal : 2roti/naan, soup, gobi manchurian,... Recommended by a friend and he was sooo right. Great food at a great price. Drawback is that it was a rickshaw ride away and the interior was really dark.

Our Heritage hotel manager recommended the Jayaram for authentic, tasty, well-cooked Indian food. The menu is vast and, to us Brits, the choice was a bit overwhelming. We are still learning about all different types of Indian food! But following the helpful suggestions of restaurant manager (?) e.g. "That is too spicy", "will be enough to eat", etc. we settled... Had dinner here on the 27th Jan and found the food to be ok. Ordered dosa and vada and its was not very tasty. Also ordered north indian dishes and they were not good at all. The garam masala in the sabzi was overpowering and you really could not eat more than a couple of mouthfull. Add to this the... More

Its high time places remain ethnic and dont try their hand into continental, north indian etc! The place stinks, the dosai is good, the service is fast. But I expected some traditional south indian food, which I didnt get. Cheap food but may be there are better places!
