An excelent place to relax and have wonderful breakfast, lunches (never tried diners, but must be equivalent standard). Cosy, comfortable bamboo rooftop, very helpful and professional staff, you may just forget time if you start cooling down with a fresh lime juice and chat about Art and photos with the owner! ;-) . Located right in the center of everything... More

It's very welcoming and nice place with spacious and quiet rooftop. Best place for home made food with delicious humus and all kind of meal ! It's the place to visit. Nice place to sit comfortable and have coffee or tea. The woman who runs the restaurant is really helpful and can advise you if it's you're first time in... More

As a long-term resident of Pondy, I've relished KKA since the resto/shop opened its doors about ten years ago. Here's why: * Good menu (I've tried everything often; the choice is manageable - some Indian, some not - and vegetarian in a way even a carnivore guy like me appreciates). . * Serves good (and hearty, if that's what you... The rooftop space in Kasha Ki Asha is absolutely gorgeous. It's such a lovely place to sit, with comfortable chairs, a very kind and accommodating staff and excellent coffee. It's a wonderful place to have a meal, meat friends in a quiet, serene setting, and the boutique downstairs always has hidden treasures. Not to miss if you are passing through... More

kasha Ki Asha was one of my favorite eating experiences in India. After four months in Tamil Nadu, I didn't think I would find something with this amount of charm. The woman who runs the establishment is a French expat, and she'll be more than happy to explain to you her concept for the place, which includes hiring local women... More

This little eatery is definitely one of Pondicherry's hidden gems. Great food, cooked to order and beautifully presented in a wonderful environment. You won't find a better value in the city and I assure you the food is fabulous. Healthy preparation, fresh ingredients, super friendly service. The restaurant is small so reservations are wise. I am a repeat visitor and... More

I really like this place - entirely run by cheerful women, it is very clean and has a homey feel. The roof terrace is a great place to hang out, enjoy your drinks or meal and use WiFi at your leisure. The portions are huge, so either share or arrive really hungry! The idli are really good, and the whole... More

A welcome escape from the hustle & bustle of Pondicherry. The rooftop terrace is peaceful, the lounge chairs are comfortable, and the chocolate cake is to die for - a must try! I had the European Thali and it was fresh and delicious. I also really liked the "mix it yourself" lemon water that lets you make it to your... More

Possibly the best seated area in Pondi, high on a roof terrace away from the noise surrounded by plants and a choice of comfortable tables and chairs or lounge chairs. The wifi access is good and its a great spot to just chill out and have a coffee and a snack or have a meal. The menu is a refreshing... More

Friendly, relaxed and something very different for Pondicherry. The owner is always happy and kind but at the same time is aware of your personal space. The roof terrace is a breath of fresh air with a lovely covered terrace which is clean, spacious and green. The food is great; fresh and tasty and it seems they spent a long... More
