More than Tapas

We went in for a typical tapas. It was better than others I have had. The portions were huge and varied. Typically Spanish they were not as hot as we would serve them in the UK, but still really good value. We went back two more times, and had steak, and chicken which was very well cooked and... read more

This place was the saving of our trip to Costa Calma! Lovely food, genuine staff, nice take away service attached

Their tapas is fantastic! We ate there 3 times, just because it's hard to find a good authentic Canarian restaurant in Costa Calma. Forget about the German restaurants who claim serving Canarian food, we were disappointed every time. This place offers great food, with flavours of tapas that I had never tried before (the dates and octopus were my favourite),... More

We arrived here - all 9 of us- without a booking. Look of panic soon disappeared and tables were set out for us. As always, we overdid the tapas, but it really was gorgeous. Whitebait amazing. Could've do with a bit more bread given out and the wine being slightly cheaper, but I would have visited here again if we... More

This was cheap for drinks, able to sit inside or out and food was pretty ok. Right next to the taxi rank and good service

this establishement is very close to hotels with a lot of potential to earn some good money, but as you see the reviews they will not get there... the food was terrible, the guy serving us was ok, nice and friendly, but he was (in the same time) waitering, selling in a shop, probabily even cooking we ordered pizza -... One evening the service is okay and food is quite great, the next evening the waiter doesn'tt catch your order and the food is overcooked and tasteless when it finally arrives. The place and the staff are equally graceless.

We used this restaurant a few years ago and we were quite impressed. Decent restaurants are scarce in Costa Calma so we decided to go again this year, we plumped for the set menu for two at 24 Euros. It started well with some Canarian potatoes, meatballs and chorizo. After we got a platter full of mostly cheap fish and... More

We visited this little tapas place twice during our visit to Costa Calma. It was convenient to our hotel, the food was very good and the price was right. It is far from fancy, but it does have a nice small local place type of atmosphere. There was a bit of communication gap when we spoke English, but it was... More
