We hit "el Patio" restaurant at 2:30pm for the 3:00pm all girl mariachi band and dancers. What a delight! OMG amazing. Triple over the top! We had a table up close and it was just the best. The food was great as well as the service. We were thoroughly entertained- loved it. Took loads of photos and video. Working overtime,... More

This restaurant is very large with tolerable music playing. We missed the mariachis, which is the reason to go. We decided not to stay for dinner.

This restaurant is very popular with the tourists due to an all girl Mariachi band and two for one drinks. The food is pretty much average, depending on what you order. The atmosphere is very Mexican and noisy. Many people spend hours here drinking, talking and listening to the band. It is a large restaurant and handles a great number... More

The restaurant is huge and was very quiet the night we had dinner. Some menu options were unavailable and the ones we did eventually get were OK, but not more than that. The prices were standard for Independencia Avenue, which mean they were too high for what you got. Service was professional.

Ribs and Poblano chile were excellent and they had Idaho baked potatoes, hard to find in Mexico! Beautiful garden dining and excellent wait staff.

We had the birria, gorditas, and tortas ahogadas platter and it was amazing. Service was phenomenal and the place is great. Will definitely be coming back again.

Another 'must visit' when in Tlaquepaque. Female mariachi band is in itself worth the visit....and the great food and service too!

Visited El Patio on a food tour and had their chile en nogada & horchata rosada. Went back after tour and had their carnitas, but also sampled everyone's dishes ( chile en hojaldra, chile sonorense)... all very delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the cocktail because there was too much cucumber in it. But overall can't wait to... More
