Of being our "go to" spot in Tlaquepaque! We have finally come to the conclusion that we enjoy El Patio for lunch or a mid afternoon snack and GREAT margaritas! We really appreciate seeing many of the same staff from trip to trip with them recognizing us each time. While the food is slightly above average, it is the overall... More

The food was delicious, we had the tortas ahogadas and a tequila drink that they served in a casserole (I think it was called casuela) that was full of fruity tasty yummy. We just ordered 3 appetizers and that was plenty of food.

We went here only to listen to the ladies with the mariachi band but we sat for almost 20 minutes and no one came to take our drink order. The staff was very disorganized, the food was bad.

This was our fourth trip to El Patio, because we had a friend visiting Tlaquepaque for the first time. We arrived as they were ending the breakfast buffet (12:30 p.m.) so it took a while to be recognized by a waiter. Since I'm lactose intolerant I asked how the horchata was made. He explained it was coconut milk. It arrived... More

We had a long layover in Guadalajara and decided to go into Tlaquepaque for the afternoon. El Patio turned into a highlight of our trip! The waiter, Miguel, was wonderful - we have two vegetarians in our group and he knew the ingredients of everything. The food was excellent and we were already giving it two thumbs up when suddenly...
