A really nice "club" restaurant. The fact that they are growing their own and choosing sustainability adds to my personal enjoyment

We stayed at The Bay of Palms Resort Elanora and we were given free drinks vouchers for the RSL, so we booked the RSL courtesy bus (so we could drink and not have to drive). As soon as we walked into the RSL it was friendly and had a pleasant atmosphere. There was a great variety of food on offer... More

Despite my persistence in trying this place, I am still disappointed. They still charge a-la-carte prices in a bistro scenario. The quality is inconsistent and the service is no where close to what it used to be. They appear to be confused about who they are targeting in terms of their client base. I recently ordered a marinara and it... More

Had dinner here last night and was very disappointed with the food. Flab ours were there, however had to send one of the meals back as looked and tasted burnt. Took a while to get another while we were waiting and the meals in General we're not not I would class as qualified chef standard. Very disappointing.

Hmmm, have had two meals in the alleys restaurant in the last week. First meal was fine roast pork. Though the waitress messed up the order so had to wait a wee while longer but no biggee. However our second trip with a group of 8 didn't go quite as well. We were seated in the interior of the restaurant... More

Alleys Restaurant, in the Currumbin RSL is in such a great location - views of the beautiful waters of Currumbin Creek estuary. Coupled with that on my last visit the chef had changed and so had the menu. It made a difference!! There's an extensive food list to choose from. The Duck Spring Rolls are just fabulous and I also... More

Was great to head back to Alleys & find the wonderful table service had returned. And the new menu looks great too. I think the duck springs rolls are fantastic & thanks to Kristy for recommending the panna-cotta dessert it is to die for!
