Montezuma's Labrador offers a fully licensed authentic Aztec/Mexican dining experience. Our meals are prepared fresh daily using locally grown produce where possible and cooked in convection ovens. Our meals are not too spicy but for those who love it that way, do not hesitate to order hot or extra hot sauce. If you wish to tone down the spices order a bowl of sour cream. We cater for vegetarians and those requiring a gluten free diet. There is a special menu for the little amigos and colouring in to keep them occupied. As we have a large number of loyal regulars, bookings are highly recommended.

This was a nice restaurant to take the family out to. Meals were filling and tasty, and well priced. A bit of a wait for service but they were busy. Try to sit away from the kitchen if possible.

Good carparking facilities. Was looking forward to a mexican lunch with a friend on a Saturday - we arrived shortly before 12midday (about 11.55am) and could see and hear staff inside as they saw us, but alas the door locked and we left.

After eating at Montezuma's as a Gold Coast local for nearly 30 years the takeaway meal from the Labrador restaurant has to rate as the worst Mexican I have ever had. The nachos cooked in a foil tray was a thin layer of bean paste with a ring of about 15 round corn chips of even worse quality covered with... More

This restaurant needs to seriously Google what nachos are, we were served 12 cornchips minus sour cream and guacamole. That should be enough said! Service was extremely average and the food was bland and by far the worst Mexican I have ever had! I could go on and on just gutted I didn't see all these bad reviews before hand.... More

Sorry you were disappointed mtolley. In our menu there is nothing to say the nachos comes with sour cream or guacamole. It is an extra. I do wish you had of let our staff know something was wrong with your meals at the time & they could have done something about it. Unfortunately after the fact & in print, does... More

My partner and I thought we would try a dinner at this restaurant given that the parking lot is full every night so it seems popular. The "fresh" sangria came out if a premade large cooler and was bland, my partners chicken was so dry, and the overall quality of the meals was just poor. Whilst the pricing and service... More

So sorry you didn't enjoy your dining experience at Montezuma's Labrador. Our Sangria is prepared fresh daily. It is just kept in the cooler for ease of serving. As you noticed, we are a very popular restaurant & have many regulars, so must be doing something right. We wish you had bought to our attention at the time the problems... More

we arrived late with 15 minutes of cooking time. The tacos were pretty good that my husband ordered and I had nachos which was great as they did half serve and I am not a huge eater!! Our friends ordered different meals and all of them were well presented, good value and tasty

We stayed for 20mins...the food was the worst I've ever eaten!! Ordered the beef burritos with beans-the beans were a paste and the beef was horrific. Kitchen nightmares might be best to describe this

Sorry to hear of your disappointment when dining at Montezuma's Labrador. We request all our customers, if they are dissatisfied with any aspect of their meal, bring it to our attention at the time so that we can work out what is exactly wrong with your dining experience. Me and my family have dined at Montezuma's Labrador for birthdays, anniversaries and other family events for almost 10 years now. In the last 12 months or so, I have seen a tragic decline in service and the quality of food. Bookings are consistently recorded incorrectly or not at all, staff are disinterested at best and rude at worst -... More
