On the advice of a family member/local we were told it was one of the best local fish and chippos around and we were not disappointed. It was extremely busy with a wait time of approximately 50 minutes but it was worth it. We ate by the waters edge and enjoyed a delicious feed of fresh fish, calamari and the... More

The queue speaks for the quality. The prawns and oyster were a great hit with our guest in the late afternoon and the fish and chips a hit for lunch. Have been several times over the years and always reliable and good. We never have fish and chips in Melbourne but look forward to it up on the coast.

A large variety of top quality fresh Aussie seafood. Can buy cooked seafood too. Can get extremely busy at peak times eg Easter/Christmas. We buy bugs and prawns every time we visit the Gold Coast. Kids enjoy the calamari too.

Not far from Peter's Fish Market, in fact less than 200m away is Marina Mirage, filled with boutique label clothing stores and over-priced restaurants. Peter's Fish Market is the antithesis of Marina Mirage - you get what you pay for which is lovely, fresh seafood. We had prawns, Moreton Bay bugs, as well as fish and chips and it was... More

I've never had a better peice of fish in my life. The calamry is as good as it gets and I would recommend this to everyone even my vegetarian sister liked it.

I was very impressed by this busy fish and chips shop. It was a novel experience to choose your own fresh fish pieces and have it cooked to order. There is ample selection and most of the fish is quality local produce. The calamari rings are outstanding: soft and not chewy. I would give this place 5 stars if it... More

Wow this place is busy. But worth waiting for thats for sure. I wanted to write this for a few days now after reading some other reviews on here. Had the BEST grilled fish and awesome chips ever from a seafood place. I won't lie, i waited 10 mins for my order, but considering there was a shop full of... More
