Really enjoyable

We have stayed at the Royal Pines Resort countless times and never though to eat at the Japanese restuarant here. But this time around, we decided we would give it a go. We were going to book in for Tepanyaki but, having been disappointed so many times recently at various other restaurants, I just... read more

We had only our entree in our progressive dinner at the sushi bar and we wish we had a full dinner there. The sushi bar is very nice and traditional and the sushi we had was of very high quality. The teppenyaki looked like a lot of fun and we really want to go back and try it out. Great... More

We have been a number of times given it is in Australia. Based on such a great experience, we also tried it while overseas in Los Angeles. It was good in LA, but they really showed what a difference it was here at Arakawa. Simply amazing all round. The food is brilliant. Go for the mixed dish for around $70... More

Brilliant…….expensive but great food and plenty of it. The chef was a character as well which is part of the entertainment with teppanyaki

Had a birthday dinner here just recently and the food was superb. Everything was cooked to perfection. Not a big "show" for a teppanyaki but still extremely satisfying. Service was excellent, even getting hot chips for my fussy-eater of a son.

We were at Royal Pines last week for a conference, but got there a night early and 4 of us ate in Arakawa. We love Japanese food and if we have ever eaten anywhere any better, I cannot remember it. The tepannyaki was as good as it gets. Fresh, tasty and brilliantly cooked with the usual flair and fun, without... More

Great restaurant inside the Royal Pines Resort. Friendly service, fresh food and great quality. Like all Japanese restaurants in Aust it is a little $$$ but worth it if you are looking for great food. Lovely surroundings as well. Worth the drive or cab fare.

Best teppenyaki I have had. Not quite as many " tricks" but overall meal was very enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone wanting the teppenyaki experience. Portions were quite large, and staff are friendly and attentive.

Both my wife and I regularly eat at Japanese restaurants. Tucked away at the Royal Pines Resort is a wonderful Japanese restaurant named Arakawa. We usually eat teppanyaki when we aren't in the mood for sushi. We both had a variety of meat and seafood. The food was superb! From the miso soup to the fried rice, even the side... More
