Pasta

Pasta meal was full of prawns, not like the usual 5 or 6 that I have had elsewhere. Room service was hot & fast. Very happy.

I had a number of meals here during my time at the resort. Staples of Italian cooking and a few slight variations on the norm keep it interesting, Service and portion side were fine. As you would expect for resort restaurants, prices approach the upper end of the spectrum for price/value.

My friend and I went here. She ordered a fish dish that was rubbery, obviously frozen and looked strange. Was told that this is how fish is cooked - don't know about you but I prefer my fish fresh and not rubbery! My gnocchi was obviously not handmade despite being advertised as so instead was chewy and hard. Think I... More

The restaurant is very busy, but we managed to get a table with a short wait - even though we were staying at the hotel we should have booked. The Pizza was a great deal and really good.

We arrived late on Friday night. They stayed open for us so we could eat (pizza). It was very nice and well priced. The service was excellent.

We had dinner at the restaurant while visiting a couple of friends from Melbourne that were staying at the hotel. My husband and I had the Tandoori Chicken and it was very tasty and yummy. Our friends had the Portofino which I didnt tried but they said it was nice. Also we ordered the Rocket Salad, it was very yummy.... More

Four of us ate there one night last week during a conference. It was certainly nice and convenient to have a stand alone Italian Restaurant within the hotel, but the food and service was 'just OK'. There were some unusual pizza's to be had, with Duck Breast and Lamb Kebabs, for example. I had the Portofino and it was OK.... More

Unfortunately this restaurant lacks the simplicity of Italian food. It is the Aussie take on Italian. Over thought and totally over cream'd. The only thing more regrettable than the food was the service. The people were very nice but couldn't remember 2 things together and we were always repetitively asking for the same simple things like water and wine.

We ate there 2 nights running (travelling with teenagers). The first night was great. We just had pizza and drinks. The pizzas were excellent and priced appropriately. The next night we went but hadn't booked. They generously made room for us after a short wait however the service was so slow that we could have eaten and left twice over!... More

Fantastic restaurant with great service and even better food. We had Brushetta as an entree - this was just like the food we had in Italy - delicious, followed by a Chicken Pizza with a peach chutney - this was fantastic the combination of flavours was extrodinary - the peach gave it a sweet taste with a bit of zing...
