So great we went almost daily

Great restaurant! No pushiness to get you in; great views but the real difference was the fabulous food and even better service. It's a family run place that really make you welcome - and were intrigued with the daily completing of our holiday diary there. They've also sunbeds on the beach which... read more

Although TripAdvisor currently places this wonderful little taverna approx. 320 km off its actual location, we did manage to find it... and we are glad we did! Everything we had for dinner was homemade from fresh and tasty ingredients and the service was extremely friendly. We had stuffed peppers, baked feta and mussels saganaki for starters, all which we can... More

During our stay, I've started to order the tomatoe balls (sort of tomatoes fritters, a Santorini specialty) and the Fava bean (another local specialty) almost systematically. Well, the best I had in both cases were at Saliveros. Add to those two a plate of fresh sardines, and you have yourself a perfect local lunch, at very reasonable price. Do ask... More

We stumbled across this restaurant and are so glad we did! We had one of the best meals we have had during our 6 week Europe holiday. The hospitality was fantastic and the owners couldn't do enough to make us comfortable, and to make sure we had everything we needed. My partner had the lamb shank which was baked with... More

We had lunch at this place one day during our stay in Santorini. It was good, very reasonably priced and the service was friendly, however it was not something very memorable. The place is located on the Kamari beach boulevard and the menu is similar to most of the places. We however enjoyed our meal and left happy so no... More

The highlight of the food was the fresh bread! Saganaki was ok but it is hard to get wrong. Tzatziki had far too much garlic so you had to brush your teeth in the middle of the night. Main courses ... Sardines that were floured and deep fried so you couldn't get what little meat there was. Rabbit Stifado was... More

Very good experience. The food was great and we got delicious extras from the kitchen. The taverna is run by a very friendly family. There i found the newest and cleanest toilet in Greece and that also tells you a lot about the restaurant.
